• Echo Link Solutions is not responsible for unemployment benefits, health insurance, or any employee-related benefits.

3. Accountability & Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when applying or submitting any form on our site. Falsifying information or engaging in fraud may result in immediate termination of any working relationship or legal action.

4. Payment & Fees

By working through Echo Link Solutions, you acknowledge that:

• A biweekly service fee of $59.99 may be deducted from your payouts.

• A termination fee of $100 will apply if an agent voluntarily leaves or fails to fulfill the minimum commitment after onboarding and starting client work.

• All payments are processed biweekly via direct deposit.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this site are the property of Echo Link Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Echo Link Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of content or third-party links.
