How It Works

Begin your journey by filling out our online application form to tell us about your skills and interest in becoming a remote agent.

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you'll proceed with our onboarding process, which includes important information and setup procedures.

Participate in comprehensive training modules designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed with our client programs.

After successfully completing your training, you'll gain access to available opportunities and can begin working from the comfort of your home, setting your own schedule.

Minimum Requirements

All agents working with Echo Link Solutions must have their own compatible equipment to perform remote call center duties.

  • A Windows-based laptop or desktop computer

  • Wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted for most client programs)

  • A USB headset with a microphone

Optional Equipment Bundle available during onboarding.

As an independent contractor, our agents are responsible for covering a background check fee of $30 for the client they select.
